This Netizen Wants to Know if Al Khail Gate is Haunted

A netizen shared their story about wanting to move to Al Khail Gate in Dubai because of the affordable rent, however, they shared their concerns about the area being haunted on Reddit.

The netizen revealed that he or she is planning to move to Al Khail at the end of June but after hearing stories that three individuals committed suicide in the area, they are reconsidering their decision. 

In 2013, a 34-year-old man's body was found in a water tank who had been missing for a week. The man was suspected to have committed suicide. 

Reddit users responded to the netizen's query very jokingly; one user said, "If I was a ghost, I would stay in a luxury villa in the Palm, not Khail Gate."

Another user warned the netizen about scams related to ghosts by saying "If someone approaches you with an offer to kick out some ghosts from your building for $200, make sure to not fall for that scam. 

Al Khail Gate has earned a reputation for being one of the haunted locations in the UAE. The netizen has been advised to avoid moving to the area if they have their doubts.
