Feta Sandwich

400 grams feta cheese
5 cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber
¼ fresh arugula
4 Kalamata olives, pitted
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Toasted sour dough bread

  1. Chop it All

    Place the feta cheese on a chopping board and top it with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, pitted Kalamata olives, and arugula. Chop and fold the ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Toast the Bread

    Grab two slices of sour dough bread, or any kind of bread you like. Toast them for a few minutes on both sides in a toaster or a frying pan with some butter.
  3. Assemble
