Cheese Garlic Bread

1 loaf French bread
½ cup salted butter, softened
½ tsp garlic powder
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup Colby jack cheese, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

  1. Preheat Oven

    Set the oven to 200°C. Slice the French bread loaf lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
  2. Prepare Garlic Butter

    Mix softened butter, garlic powder, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Spread evenly on both sides of the bread.
  3. Add Cheese and Bake

    Top the bread with Colby Jack and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes until melted and bubbly. Optionally, broil for 1-2 minutes for a crispy top.
  4. Garnish and Serve
