1 boiled beetroot
½ cup arugula
1 cup lettuce
2 oranges
¼ cup walnuts
1 small onion
¾ cup feta cheese
½ cup parsley

Dressing

1 tsp honey
4 tbsp olive oil

    Peel the boiled beetroot and dice it into cubes, do the same with the oranges. Chop the arugula, lettuce, onion, feta cheese, and walnuts. Toss with honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste and serve.
