InClassica Music Festival Returns to Dubai This April

The InClassica International Music Festival will return to Dubai from Apr. 6 to 21, 2025, marking its 14th edition.

Hosted at the iconic Dubai Opera, this year's festival celebrates the 55th birthday of renowned contemporary composer Alexey Shor and promises an exceptional lineup of world-class musicians and orchestras.

 

Festival Highlights

The festival will feature performances by distinguished artists, including:

• Mikhail Pletnev: A Russian pianist, conductor, and composer, Pletnev is celebrated for his virtuosic technique and profound interpretations.

Unity of Nations Concert

On Apr. 13, 2025, the "Unity of Nations" concert will showcase Japanese violinist Fumiaki Miura and American violist David Aaron Carpenter, accompanied by the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Chief Conductor Andrea Battistoni. The program features Berlioz's "Roman Carnival" Overture, Alexey Shor's Violin and Viola Concerto, and Dvořák's Symphony No. 8 in G major, Op. 88.
