Dubai’s International City Tops UAE’s Most Searched Property
Real estate data reveals top areas for buyers and renters in 2025

Dubai’s International City has been ranked as the UAE’s most searched-for community, based on an analysis of 149 million property views and 12 million search queries, according to real estate platform Skyloov.
Dubai Leads Property Market Searches
Skyloov’s data, sourced from its 3.1 million monthly users, shows that Dubai remains the top choice for property seekers, accounting for 42% of total inquiries. Abu Dhabi follows with 36.6%, reflecting its growing appeal for upscale residential living.
Among Dubai’s most in-demand areas, International City leads, followed by Meydan and Jumeirah Village Circle. In Abu Dhabi, Al Reem Island, Mohammed Bin Zayed City, and Khalifa City top the list of most searched locations. Sharjah’s Muwaileh is also emerging as a key interest area.
Trends Among Buyers and Renters
The findings highlight distinct trends in the UAE property market. Renters prioritize affordability, while investors are drawn to areas with high rental yields and long-term value growth. Jumeirah Village Circle, Business Bay, and Yas Island are becoming investment hotspots due to their strategic locations and strong returns.

Dr. Abdulaziz Albwardi, Chairman of the Board at Skyloov, emphasized the role of technology in shaping the UAE’s property market. “The landscape is evolving, and buyers, renters, and investors are making more data-driven decisions,” he said.
