Dubai-Sharjah Marine Transport Service to Resume From This Date

Beginning on August 4th, Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) will resume operating the marine travel line between Dubai and Sharjah through the Dubai Ferry.

Operations will resume with six trips on the weekend and eight trips each day during the week (Monday through Thursday).

In cooperation with the Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority, the Dubai Ferry service operates a shuttle between Al Ghubaiba Marine Station in Dubai and the Aquarium Marine Station in Sharjah.

A single-trip ticket is priced at AED 15 for the Silver Class and AED 25 for the Gold Class, but it's free for people of determination and children under five.

Customers can use a Nol card, purchase tickets online, or pay the fare at the station's customer service counter.

It will take around 35 minutes to get from Al Ghubaiba Station to the Sharjah Aquarium Station.

There will be three-morning departures during the week, two from Sharjah at 7:00 am and 8:30 am, and one from Dubai at 7:45 am.

There will be three departures from Dubai in the evening at 16:00, 17:30, and 19:00, and two trips from Sharjah at 16:45 and 18:15.

There will be a total of six trips made throughout the course of the weekend (Friday through Sunday), three from each side. There will also be three departures times from Sharjah at 14:00, 16:00, and 18:00 while there will be one departure from Dubai at 15:00, 17:00, and 20:00.
