Dubai is preparing to welcome its next architectural marvel—Burj Azizi, the world’s second-tallest tower—set to hit the market on February 19.
Azizi Developments announced that sales will take place in seven cities, including Dubai, Hong Kong, London, Mumbai, Singapore, Sydney, and Tokyo. The 725-metre tower, set to rise along Sheikh Zayed Road, will feature luxury residences, a high-end hotel, retail spaces, and entertainment hubs. Completion is expected by 2028.
“Burj Azizi is not just a structure; it’s a tribute to Dubai’s global stature,” said Mirwais Azizi, Founder and Chairman of Azizi Developments.
Dubai’s property market has been on fire, with record-breaking real estate transactions in 2024, reaching AED 522.5 billion—up 36.5% from 2023. The demand for ultra-luxury developments has been a key driver.
The tower will feature world-firsts, including the highest hotel lobby (level 111), the highest nightclub (level 126), and the highest restaurant (level 122). It will also house an exclusive museum showcasing the evolution of the project.
Designed with one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, Burj Azizi will provide a luxury lifestyle with amenity floors every 20 levels. Residents will enjoy pools, gyms, spas, a business center, and even a cinema. A seven-star hotel within the tower will pay homage to global cultures, with themed suites inspired by Arabic, Chinese, Persian, Indian, Turkish, French, and Russian heritage.
“This project has been a dream for years, and now it’s becoming a reality,” Azizi added.
With Dubai already home to 33 skyscrapers over 300 meters tall—including Burj Khalifa—the city continues to dominate the world’s tallest skyline. And with Burj Azizi on the horizon, the future of luxury living in Dubai is reaching new heights.
