Sharjah Biennial's 2025 Dates Revealed

Art enthusiasts will be happy to know that the Sharjah Biennial is set to return in 2025 with some exciting art exhibitions.

The art biennial will run from Feb. 6 to Jun. 5 in 2025 and will feature the theme of 'To Carry', which will focus on what people tend to cherish most, how they respond to new environments, and what cultural traditions anchor them.

Over 80 new commissions will premiere at the art biennial which will include more than 140 participants.

Artists at the art biennial will include Emirati multi-disciplinary artist Hashel Al Lamki; Lebanese photographer and archival artist Akram Zaatari; and Kuwaiti visual artist Monira Al Qadiri.

The art biennial works will be featured in Sharjah City, Al Hamriyah, Al Dhaid, Kalba and Al Madam. Further details will be revealed soon.
