Lasagna is an Italian dish made of stacked layers of lasagna pasta alternating with fillings such as meat sauce much like ragù Bolognese that is layered with bechamel sauce, or a cheese mix.

- 1 kg ground beef
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1/2 large bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

- Boil pasta
تم نسخ الرابطPlace the lasagna pasta sheets in a pot of salted water to a boil and cook it for about 7 minutes, rinse with cold water, drain, and set aside.
- Prepare meat sauce
تم نسخ الرابطHeat olive oil over medium heat then cook beef with onion and garlic until well browned, then add bell pepper, tomato sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, Italian seasoning, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley and simmer it for about 15-20 minutes until thickened.
- Assemble the lasagna
تم نسخ الرابطLadle a cup of meat sauce in the bottom of a baking dish, then arrange one layer of lasagna sheets (about 3-4 ones) over the sauce, then add meat sauce over the pasta, then a layer of mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Repeat layers.
- Bake
تم نسخ الرابطCover the lasagna pan with foil tented slightly or sprayed with oil to prevent sticking. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes for a crusty top and edges.
