Pitfire Pizza Celebrates Easter with Limited-Edition

Pitfire Pizza, Dubai’s award-winning pizzeria, is serving up something special this Easter with the launch of two limited-edition items, the Smoked Salmon Pizza and Cinnamon Sugar Knots. Available for one day only on Easter Sunday, April 20th, these exclusive dishes offering a playful twist on Easter classics will be served for dine-in at the Dubai Hills location. Whether enjoyed as a leisurely late breakfast or a light, satisfying lunch, these creations are the perfect pair to share with friends and family and create moments of warmth and joy this Easter.

Inspired by the beloved New York City lox bagel, Pitfire’s Smoked Salmon Pizza will be available in limited quantities from opening until 5 PM. This 10” pizza, priced at AED 65, features a lightly baked sourdough base topped with a thick schmear of cream cheese, silky smoked salmon, and layered with crisp red onions, tangy capers, fresh dill, as well as a hint of lemon zest. It’s a flavor-packed pie that’s light, savory, and fresh, bringing together the best parts of a classic bagel and a signature Pitfire pizza, all in one irresistible slice.

Making their sweet debut at the Dubai Hills locations are Pitfire’s Cinnamon Sugar Knots, priced at AED 25. Offering a buttery-sweet twist on their cult-favorite Garlic Knots, these sugary treats are bathed in rich and salty butter, dusted with a house-made mixture of cinnamon sugar, and served with a choice of tart raspberry compote, sweet vanilla custard, or classic Nutella for dipping. Here's a little secret: the dough of these Cinnamon Sugar Knots is made using Pitfire's unique 72-hour slow-rise fermentation technique, giving it a distinct aroma and mouthfeel.
