Showcasing the vibrant and renowned flavours of India, Rang Mahal is bringing equally delectable non-vegetarian and vegetarian menus. The sharing style menus comprise flavourful and aromatic dishes, ensuring an unforgettable iftar ideal for friends and family who want to gather for the month of Ramadan.   

Both menus promise a culinary journey through India, giving guests the chance to explore the rich flavours of dishes such as the Lamb Shorba, simmered along with broken wheat, infused with green cardamom and fennel, the Chicken Tikka Morsels in a blend of spices and garlic, Lamb Shanks stewed with Kashmiri Chilli, Yogurt and Dried Ginger Powder, and so much more.  

Vegetarians can explore countless meat-free options incorporating a variety of fresh, seasonal ingredients in dishes, such as an array of classic Hot & Cold Mezze, the mouth-watering Lentil Broth simmered along with garlic, fenugreek and lime, Mince Vegetable Skewers, and many other vegetarian options.

Known for offering a diverse and high-quality dining experience, Kitchen6 has an extensive and diverse buffet-style Ramadan offering, featuring six live cooking stations and cuisines from around the world.  

Serving classic heart-warming Middle Eastern dishes this Ramadan such as Mixed Grill, Shish Tawook, a selection of Cold & Hot Mezze as well as a hearty selection of various international dishes. Desserts include the quintessential Umm Ali, a flavoursome Kunafa, Baclava, and much more.  

Iftar at Kitchen6 is set to be a gastronomical affair with beloved and bold flavours, aromatic spices, and an emphasis on authentic cooking techniques.
