Date Dropped for the 'Love is Blind: Habibi' Reunion

Get ready habibis and habibtis, the reunion episode of the popular Netflix reality series 'Love is Blind: Habibi' will air on Friday, Nov. 1.

The first season of the show aired on Thursday, Oct. 10 and has received more than 1.6 million views since last week and ranked number six globally in the non-English shows chart. 

The show featured 20 singles from across the Arab world, including 10 men and 10 women. The show was mostly filmed in Lebanon with some scenes shot in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. 

Expectations from the Reunion Episode of 'Love is Blind: Habibi'

From the 20 singles, only six couples got engaged and only one couple, Safa and Mohammed, walked down the aisle. However, netizens have been speculating if the couple are facing any tension because they don't follow each other on social media and the reunion teaser also showed some tension between the two. 

On the show Ammar and Karma parted ways and fans are waiting to see if Ammar has changed. However, the reunion shows Nour saying to Ammar, "True, that's why she left you".

Hajar and Simo also did not end up together because of Simo's heated argument with Chafic. In the teaser, Simo says "I have no time for you," which is followed by Nour saying "You're rude".

Asma and Khatab were very close to getting together, but the former left Khatab at the altar after not receiving the blessings from her parents because of the speed of her relationship with Khatab. In the teaser, Asma explains her hesitancy by saying, "So many questions pop into your head the moment the door opens".

Although, Dounia and Chafic got engaged, they ended up breaking it off before the wedding. The teaser shows Chafic saying, "Dounia is so close to her mother and now I'm an additional layer".

Mido and Nour had a very dramatic break-up on the show after finding out that they had very little in common. In the teaser, Mido asks, "Why would you make yourself a product?"

Chafic also chimes in saying, "Maybe she's looking for an ATM machine," but Nour soon rebuts with "Noor is the best mix you can find".
