IFTAR AT CARA

For an impressive Iftar experience, delve into the spirit of this special occasion at Cara, indulging in the delectability of a lavish Iftar Buffet. Satiate your appetite with an array of Lebanese cold mezze and hot mezze while main courses like Lamb Ouzzi with Saffron rice, Mixed Grill, slow cooked Lamb Chops, Roasted Beef, Chicken with Potato, Grilled Sea Bass, Vegetable Salona and Vermicelli rice adorn the menu. The perfect sweet finale is a delightful spread of dessert options including Mixed Berry Cobbler, Saffron Rice Pudding, Chocolate Truffle Cake, a freshly fried Kataif station, Cheese Kunafa station, freshly made Crepes, Turkish Ice-cream and a traditional Arabic sweet station.

SUHOOR AT CARA

Indulge in an exquisite Suhoor experience at the outdoor terrace of Cara at The Ritz -Carlton, DIFC. Relax and unwind with a wide selection of shisha and traditional Arabic live stations. The buffet features cold and hot Mezze options, oven baked Manakish, chicken shwarma and an array of Saj, while main courses feature Arabic mixed grill, shish taouk and jumbo prawns to name a few. Sweet endings will include a traditional Arabic sweet station among other favourites.
