Coldplay is Now Set to Have Three Shows in Abu Dhabi

Coldplay fans rejoice! The iconic British rock band is set to have a third concert in Abu Dhabi in January 2025.

The third concert is scheduled for Jan. 14, following the concerts on Jan. 11 and Jan. 12. Tickets for the first two concerts are almost sold out, but the pre-sale for the tickets for the third show will begin on Thursday, Sep. 26 at noon on Live Nation Middle East's website. 

The Coldplay concerts are some of the most anticipated shows in the country with people waiting in online ticketing queues for hours, which nearly reach 200,000 at the peak.

The band has performed in the UAE before, in 2011, 2016, and 2022. The Abu Dhabi concert is part of the band's Music of the Spheres World Tour. 

According to Billboard, this tour is the biggest rock tour of all time, having already grossed over $945 million.

The concert in Abu Dhabi will feature an opening act by Chilean-Palestinian singer Elyanna.
