The Bred Abu Dhabi festival is returning this April, bringing a dynamic lineup of talent from the Arab world and beyond. Set against the vibrant backdrop of Yas Island, the festival will run from April 23 to 27 at its purpose-built outdoor venue, promising an unforgettable experience for music and culture lovers.

A Stellar Lineup: The Synaptik, Asayel, and Karim Osama

The festival's headliners include Palestinian-Jordanian rapper The Synaptik, Saudi artist Asayel, and Egyptian hip-hop star Karim Osama. Each artist is known for their unique contributions to the Arab hip-hop and music scene, ensuring an eclectic mix of sounds that will thrill fans of all ages.

  • The Synaptik, whose real name is Laith Al Husseini, is widely recognized for his introspective and thought-provoking lyrics. His latest album, Al Taman, dives deep into personal themes like mental health and the struggles of life, marking a rare exploration of such subjects in Arabic hip-hop.

  • Asayel brings a fresh energy to the scene with her debut single, Asliyah, a vibrant track that celebrates her Saudi roots with Hejazi slang. After wowing crowds at the Soundstorm festival in Riyadh, Asayel is sure to deliver a high-energy performance at Bred Abu Dhabi.

  • Karim Osama has gained recognition for his high-energy pop tracks that blend electro influences with Mahraganat music, a genre that’s been taking the region by storm. His performances are known for their intensity, and his presence at Bred Abu Dhabi will no doubt electrify the crowd.

In celebration of the upcoming event, Bred Abu Dhabi has dropped its official anthem, Hena. This powerful track serves as an ode to the resilience of youth culture, setting the tone for the festival and getting fans pumped up for the performances to come.

What to Expect at Bred Abu Dhabi 2025

Although more artists will be announced as the event nears, the already confirmed lineup shows that this year’s festival will continue to push boundaries. Last year’s Bred Abu Dhabi left a lasting impression, with its spacious setup featuring multiple stages, a basketball and futsal court, and a variety of food and fashion stalls. Fans could explore the grounds, grab exclusive bites from pop-ups like Scarr’s Pizza from New York, or check out local merchandise.

The festival's two main stages, the AMP Stage and Arena Stage, were situated at opposite ends of the venue, creating an immersive and exciting atmosphere for all attendees. With a similar setup expected this year, festival-goers can look forward to an action-packed five days of music, culture, and community.
