Traditional Arabic dishes in an understated, atmospheric desert setting. A rich buffet of appetizers, main dishes and desserts. The beauty of Jumeriah Al Wathba is you can just sit lay down and enjoy a spa treatment or take on the many activities the resort offers. From my side, we managed to do the following:

• Horse Back riding in the sand dunes! Yes it is different. An amazing staff that take excellent care of the horses and you! Don’t worry if you have never done horse back riding. This is the time to do it. Well trained horses and a beautiful experience at sunset and sunrise. Highly recommend this.
• Rejuvenating Spa: The Jumeriah group are known for their outstanding Spa and Wellness.
• Henna: Experience a personalized Henna art!

• Falcon show: This is a complimentary daily show. You and your kids will love it. History of how falcons become the Bedouins best friend and a live show of those beautiful wild birds presented by expert guides. Check out the video and gallery.

• Bakhoor Making: This was my favorite activity! The history of making Bakhoor (incense) and best of all, you get to take it home. The fresh ingredients that goes into making the “Bukhoor”. Get ready to get your fingers muddled into the mix. Amazing scent will stay with you for many hours!
