UAE President Orders Release of 1,295 Inmates for Ramadan

President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has ordered the release of 1,295 inmates from UAE correctional facilities in honor of the Holy Month of Ramadan. He has also pledged to settle any outstanding financial obligations linked to their sentences.
A Fresh Start for Inmates and Their Families
The initiative aims to help prisoners rebuild their lives, ease the emotional and financial burden on their families, and promote stability within their communities. By granting amnesty, the UAE leadership hopes to give these individuals a second chance while spreading compassion during Ramadan.
