Jennifer Pamplona is trending on the internet again for trying to bring back her natural look after spending over $600K to look like the famous celebrity Kim Kardashian. The American model had gone through 40 cosmetic surgeries in a span of 12 months to look like Kim K.

She recently changed her mind as she realized she was being recognized only for looking like Kim Kardashian. "I had worked and studied and was a businesswoman. I had done all these things and had all these achievements in my personal life, but I was only being recognized because I looked like a Kardashian,” she said in a statement to Caters.

Pamplona, who has been battling body dysmorphia, faced extremely difficult times due to her illness. She is hopeful of her self-acceptance post-transition. “The best feeling is knowing I’m not in a fight with myself anymore.” Pamplona underwent her first cosmetic surgery at the age of 17. “I am now who I wanted to be and I really now understand the meaning of life.”

She has also teamed up with a foundation to help others with body dysmorphia and bring awareness among the youth about the dangers of cosmetic surgery.
