The Link Presents a One-Off Phenomenon:

Dubai, UAE, 20 June 2024 — The Link at One Za’abeel is poised to host one of 2024’s most unforgettable culinary events, the Infinity Dinner. On 3 July, the night before One&Only One Za’abeel hosts the third edition of the prestigious Michelin Guide Dubai Star Revelation, the hidden Infinity Room will be transformed into a gastronomic haven. 20 guests will have a unique opportunity to witness five culinary maestros craft a dreamy six-course dinner like no other!

An incredible feat of engineering and already a landmark of Dubai’s iconic skyline, The Link, the world’s longest cantilever, is perched between the dual towers of One Za’abeel. The forthcoming Infinity Dinner will be held in a dining room with a glass floor, suspended at one end of the cantilever, 100 metres above Dubai. It will feature flavour-packed concepts by globally renowned chefs, who will be personally plating up their culinary masterpieces on the day. The star-studded line-up includes Anne-Sophie Pic, the most Michelin-decorated female chef in the world; Paco Morales, who earned three Michelin stars for his dynamic take on Andalusian cuisine at restaurant Noor; Tetsuya Wakuda, known for his flair for combining Japanese ingredients with French techniques; dynamic duo Bo Songvisava and Dylan Jones, who represent Thai culinary heritage and eco-gastronomy; Mehmet Gürs, renowned for his groundbreaking approach to Turkish and Middle Eastern cuisines and a dish from World’s Best Chef three years in a row, Dabiz Muñoz, the mastermind behind the unashamedly eccentric yet very addictive street food-inspired morsels served in theatrical style at the Spanish-born xef’s latest global outpost, StreetXO.

The evening promises to be a sensory feast, beginning with a sophisticated welcome drink at The Link’s destination bar, Sphere. Here, guests will enjoy canapés and an exclusive DJ performance, a prelude that will set the tone for the enchanting culinary journey that will take place below Sphere, in the Infinity Room. Dedicated hosts will guide diners to a special table, where they will be treated to an immersive, multi-course dining experience, with each course masterfully finished tableside by the chefs themselves. Live entertainment will further elevate each course, creating a multi-sensory experience that promises to wow at every turn. 

This first-of-its-kind dining experience is available for AED 15,000 per person. This will include the Infinity Dinner and special gifts from The Link alongside other exquisite surprises.
