T20 World Cup 2024: Pakistan Wins Against Canada!

Pakistan won against Canada by seven wickets at New York’s Nassau County International Cricket Stadium on Tuesday, Jun. 11.

Pakistani bowlers restricted Canada to 106 runs in 20 overs by seven wickets. Haris Rauf took three wickets and Mohammed Amir took two wickets, while Naseem Shah took one wicket. 

When the Pakistan batted, they secured 107 runs in 17.3 runs. Mohammed Rizwan secured 53 runs and the team's captain Babar Azzam scored 33 runs, which helped the team win against Canada.

This match was Pakistan's first win after losing to the US in the Super Over and to India. Pakistan's next match is scheduled with Ireland on Sunday, Jun. 16.

Canada's next match is scheduled for Saturday, Jun. 15.
