This playful and indulgent S’mores Sushi recipe takes the classic flavors of marshmallow, chocolate, and graham crackers and rolls them into bite-sized delights. With a crispy Rice Krispies base and a gooey marshmallow center, this creative treat is perfect for parties, family gatherings, or simply adding a bit of whimsy to your dessert table. Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 2 cups marshmallow Fluff
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted (plus extra for serving)

Directions:

Prepare the Base:

  1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper and lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  2. In a pot over low heat, melt the butter, then add the mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Turn off the heat and quickly mix in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, pressing it into a thin, even rectangle.

Add Toppings:
