Summer Solstice to Fall on June 20th in the UAE

The summer solstice will fall on Thursday, Jun. 20 and it will be the earliest solstice in the UAE since 1976.

The day of the solstice will have 13 hours and 48 minutes of daylight. In the southern areas of the UAE, no shadows will be cast at noon.

The temperature will range between 41 and 43 degrees Celsius during the day, while the temperatures in the night will range between 26 and 29 degrees Celsius.

The temperatures will remain so from Jun. 21 until Aug. 10.
