The short answer: no. The long answer: hell no. It’s not that the practice is unhealthy; juicing contains all the vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients of whole fruits and veggies. But you’re also paying $10 for a tiny bottle of carrot and turmeric juice — which is missing the beneficial fibres you get from snapping into a vegetable. It’s cheaper, and healthier, to just eat that damn celery.
