Classic options include the Chicken Ramen, which includes noodles topped with pea shoots, menma and spring onions and the Chilli ramen where your choice of protein (chicken, beef or tofu), along with noodles, red onions, spring onions, bean sprouts, chilies, coriander and fresh lime, is added to the broth. 

The CPK or Chilli, Prawn and Kimchi ramen is a must-try for seafood lovers whilst the Grilled Duck Ramen, a beautiful bowl of noodles, tender shredded duck in citrus ponzu sauce dressed with chilli, spring onion and coriander, is guaranteed to surprise and delight.

The Tantanmen Beef Ramen, featuring Korean barbeque beef brisket served on a bed of noodles in extra rich chicken broth, topped with tea-stained egg, menma, Kimchi and spring onions, and finished with coriander and chilli oil is a Ramen connoisseurs dream come true.

The broth remains at the heart of the ramen and at Sizzling Wok, diners can choose from a spicy chicken or vegetable broth infused with chili or a light option and even a rich, reduced chicken broth with dashi and miso for a signature start.
