- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbs butter
Tandoori Chicken
- 1 tsp red food coloring
- Fresh cilantro for serving
- Lemon slices for serving
- Rice for serving
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (if you don't have fresh garlic on hand)
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger (if you don't have fresh ginger on hand)

- Marinate the Chicken

- Prep and Marinate the Chicken

- Bake and Serve
