Rice Tuwo, or Tuwo Shinkafa, is a Nigerian rice pudding. Once cooked, the rice is mashed and formed into balls. It’s then served alongside soup or stew. It is neither sweet nor savory.

- Wash the rice

- Cook the rice
تم نسخ الرابطPlace a pot over medium-high heat, and add the rice into a big pan with enough water to cover the rice grains. As the liquid is absorbed, reduce the heat to low.
- Add more water

- Mash the rice

- Roll into balls and serve
