This Nigerian snack features a boiled egg wrapped in a mass of flour dough and deep-fried to form a ball-like shape.

- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1 egg - beaten
- 8-9 tbsp water
- 5 eggs - boiled

- Mix the dry ingredients

- Add the liquid ingredients
تم نسخ الرابطStir in the beaten egg, then add the water a little at a time and work the dough till the dough is soft and sticky. Work the dough for a minute, then cover it and let it rest for about 15-20 minutes.
- Divide the dough

- Shape the egg rolls

- Fry the egg rolls
