Nigerian buns have a soft and spongy interior and a crunchy outer crust. It's mildly sweet with just a hint of spice from the nutmeg.
It's a popular street food in Nigeria and is often paired with a chilled beverage.

- 100g sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 100-150ml water
- 1 egg
- Vanilla extract

- Add the dry ingredients

- Add the liquids

- Fry the buns

- Serve
