- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- ½ tablespoon grounded coriander
- ½ tablespoon cumin
- ½ tablespoon red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon Garam Masala powder
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 12 to 14 samosa sheets
- 2 tablespoons wheat flour + water (to make a paste)
- Oil for frying

- Cook the minced meat

- Fill the samosa
