تم نسخ الرابطIn a large bowl, mix semolina flour, sugar, yeast, and ¼ cup plus 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour. Incorporate butter with fingertips, add orange blossom and rose water, then knead the dough in the bowl until smooth. Roll into a ball, place seam side down on a floured surface, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest for 1½ hours in a cool place.
- Date Paste Filling
تم نسخ الرابطCombine date paste and cinnamon, gradually adding butter until a smooth paste forms. Shape small pieces into 1½" disks, about ¼" thick. Repeat the process, creating 40 disks, and cover with plastic wrap.
- Assembling Date Cookies
