- 1 1/2 tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger paste and Garlic paste
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
Yogurt Ingredients
- 1 cup Urad Dal kept for soaking overnight
- 2 tbsp Coriander & Mint leaves
- 1 tbsp Soda Powder
- 2-3 Green chilies
- Salt to taste
Pakoda
- 4-5 tbsp Oil
- 4-5 Dried Red chilies
- 2 tbsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
For Seasoning

تم نسخ الرابطMix all the Yogurt ingredients. Grind the Urad Dal soaked with all the Pakoda ingredients and fry them on low/medium flame. Add the pakodas to the yogurt. Prepare the seasoning in hot oil and season on top of the Dahi Bhallas. Your Dahi Bhallas are ready!
