Crispy Cheese Rolls

1 ½ cups shredded akawi cheese
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup chopped parsley
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
20 spring roll pastry wrappers square 8-inch

    Combine akawi cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Prepare the Wrappers

    In a small bowl, mix warm water and all-purpose flour to make a paste. Arrange spring roll wrappers on a flat surface, positioning them diagonally for easier wrapping.
  3. Fill and Bake the Rolls

    Place 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture in the lower third of each wrapper. Fold the bottom and sides over the filling, then roll tightly. Seal the edges with water-flour paste. Arrange the rolls seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Brush the rolls with olive oil or cooking spray. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crisp.
