1/4 cup coconut powder
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves with tender stalks
2 tablespoons fried gram (or 11/2 tablespoon chana dal & 1/2 tablespoon urad dal)
1/4 inch ginger
1 to 2 green chilies
salt as needed
tamarind as needed
1/2 teaspoon cumin

Tadka

2 tsp oil
1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
Curry leaves
2 broken red chili
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
