- 1/4 cup coconut powder
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves with tender stalks
- 2 tablespoons fried gram (or 11/2 tablespoon chana dal & 1/2 tablespoon urad dal)
- 1/4 inch ginger
- 1 to 2 green chilies
- salt as needed
- tamarind as needed
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
Chutney
- 2 tsp oil
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
- Curry leaves
- 2 broken red chili
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
