- 120 g Greek Yoghurt
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- Lemon juice from half a lemon
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp mild chilli powder
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander

- Marinate Chicken
تم نسخ الرابطIn a large bowl, mix chicken breast pieces with yoghurt, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, coriander, turmeric, cumin, paprika, chilli powder, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge and marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
- Place Marinated Chicken on Skewers

- Grill Chicken
