- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 and ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 chicken bouillon cube substitute for vegetable for a vegetarian option
- 1 and ½ cups basmati rice
- 2 and ¼ cups water

- Chop

- Heat

- Add Tomatoes

- Add Water and Lower the Heat

- Remove and Serve
