Buffalo Wings

1 kg chicken wings
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup hot sauce
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Vegetable oil for frying
Celery sticks and ranch dressing for serving (optional)

  1. Prepare the Chicken Wings

    Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Trim any excess fat and separate the wings into drumettes and flats.
  2. Season the Wings

    In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken wings in the seasoned flour until evenly coated.
  3. Fry the Wings

    Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 180°C (350°F). Working in batches, carefully add the coated chicken wings to the hot oil and fry for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove the wings from the oil and drain them on a paper towel-lined plate.
  4. Prepare the Buffalo Sauce
