Ingredients

- 500 Calories
- 3/4th Kg Mutton
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Pinch of Cardamom Powder
- 4 Green Chillis
- 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 pinch of Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Cup Yogurt
- 1 Onion Fried
- 1 pinch of Saffron
- 3 Tablespoon Oil
Mutton Marination
- 2 Cups Rice
- 4 Cups Water
- 5 to 6 Cardamom
- 2-3 Cinnamon small sticks
- 1 coriander and Mint
- 2 Cloves
- 4-5 Tsp Salt
- Half Lemon
Rice Water for Biryani
- 1 Pinch of Orange Food Colour in 3 tsp of milk
- Coriander and Mint Finely Chopped
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- Fried Onions
- 1 pinch of Saffron

- Onion Fry for Mutton Marination
تم نسخ الرابطCut the onions into thin slices and fry them in 3 Tablespoons of Oil/ Ghee. Fry the onions until they turn light brown.
- Mutton Marination
تم نسخ الرابطMarinate the mutton with all the ingredients and put the onions along with a little oil in the pan to the marinated mutton bowl. Keep some of the fried onions aside to use in the end.
- Biryani Rice
تم نسخ الرابطBoil 4 Cups of Water and add all the ingredients except rice to boil. Once the water starts boiling, add the rice and let it cook. After the rice cooks, drain out all the water.
- Biryani Layers Assemble
تم نسخ الرابطTake the Biryani Pot - Make the first layer with the marinated mutton. Add the rice layer on top of the mutton layer. Put all the final ingredients - Food color, Garam masala, Saffron, Fried Onions, Lemon, Coriander, and mint. Cover the pot and let it cook on a medium flame for 40-50 minutes. Hyderabadi Dum Biryani is ready!
