Ramadan Recipe: Steamed Persian Rice

This steamed white rice with saffron, also known as Chelo, is a popular dish in Iran. Chelo is usually paired with the classic meat kebab, and they make up the perfect iftar during Ramadan.

- Rinse the rice

- Boil the rice

- Layer the rice in the pot

- Steam the rice
