- 450 grams steak, seasoned with salt and pepper
- 5 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, finely grated
- ¼ tsp honey
Steak
- 1 cup corn
- 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
- Half a small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 small head radicchio, cored and chopped into large pieces
- 1 romaine heart, chopped into large pieces
- 2 radishes, thinly sliced
- 85 grams of blue cheese, crumbled
Salad
- 1 egg, hard-boiled
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1 lemon, juiced
- ½ cup light-flavored oil, avocado or safflower
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- ¼ tsp soy sauce
- ⅛ tsp fine sea salt

- Oven Preparation

- Prepare the Marinade

- Sear the Steak
تم نسخ الرابطHeat a heavy-bottomed, oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add a tablespoon of high-heat cooking oil, such as avocado oil. Place the steaks in the pan and sear without moving for 2 to 3 minutes until a golden crust forms. Flip and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. If the steaks are thick, sear the edges for about 30 seconds.
- Finish in the Oven
تم نسخ الرابطTransfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook for 3 to 7 minutes, depending on the steak’s thickness and your preferred doneness. Remove from the oven, place the steak on a plate, and spoon the marinade over the top. Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Cook the Corn

- Make the Corn Salsa

- Prepare the Salad Dressing
