- 250 grams of pumpkin puree
- 200 grams cream cheese
- ½ condensed milk
- 1 ½ tbsp cornstarch
- 150 grams of heavy cream
- 2 tbsp pumpkin spice

- Preheat your Oven
تم نسخ الرابطBefore making your cheesecake batter, preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Grab a Pyrex or any oven tray and layer it with a piece of parchment paper.
- Make Your Cheesecake Batter
تم نسخ الرابطIn a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Then add in the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, condensed milk, cornstarch, pumpkin spice and heavy cream. Taste the batter and add some granulated sugar if desired. The batter is supposed to be runny, so don’t worry.

تم نسخ الرابطPour the mixture into the Pyrex and tap it on the counter to make sure it evens out. Bake at 200 Celsius degrees for 40 minutes. Test with a wooden toothpick, if it comes out clean you are good to go.
- Chill and Serve
تم نسخ الرابطTake the pumpkin Basque cheesecake out of the oven and let it cool down. Then chill it for 30 minutes or so. Serve with whipped cream or a drizzle of caramel sauce.
Adding in a pinch of salt will make the flavors pop out.
