A salsa is a combination of thinly sliced or “julienned” vegetables marinated in a delicious dressing. Originally, salsa was a Mexican side dish, but this olive salsa has a flavorful Mediterranean spin that you will love. It is a tangy, flavorful, and refreshing side dish for your Ramadan spread. You can enjoy it on its own or with crackers or toasted bread.
