- 1 tbsp sweet red pepper paste
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 small chili peppers

تم نسخ الرابطIn a large mixing bowl, combine the meat, juiced tomato, and sweet red pepper paste. Knead and set aside.
- Blend the Veggies
تم نسخ الرابطIn a blender or food processor, blend the onion, garlic, chili peppers, and parsley. You do not need to chop veggies as the blender will do that for you. Add the vegetable paste to the meat and knead everything well together.
- Assemble Your Meat Tortillas
تم نسخ الرابطGet your favorite tortilla bread and spread the meat mixture on it evenly. Place the meat-covered tortillas on a baking tray and cook in a preheated oven for 15 minutes per 3 tortillas.
You can serve your tortillas with a side of yogurt, Ayran Laban, sliced tomatoes, or sliced onions.
