- 4 large kale bundles, destemmed
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- ⅓ cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 bread slices, toasted
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Salad
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp tamari sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt to taste

- Make the Dressing
