Ingredients of Instant Coffee Cake

- 450 Calories
- 800 grams of petit biscuits
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 ½ cups hot water
For the Biscuits
- 2 packs of whipping cream powder (70 grams each)
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 cans of cream
- ½ cup milk
- ½ can condensed milk

- Dissolve the Coffee
تم نسخ الرابطFirst, dissolve the instant coffee powder in the hot water and set aside.
- Make the Filling
تم نسخ الرابطUsing a hand mixer, whisk together powdered whipping cream, canned cream, instant coffee, milk, and condensed milk. Keep whisking at high speed until you get a smooth and fluffy mixture.
- Start Layering
تم نسخ الرابطGet a rectangular Pyrex dish and dip the petit biscuits in the dissolved instant coffee, arranging them in an even layer. Add 2 scoops of the filling and spread it evenly over the biscuits. Repeat the process until the Pyrex dish is filled to the top making sure the last layer is the creamy filling.
- Chill for 6 Hours
