Pumpkins are filled with nutrients and make excellent autumnal desserts. This cake is based on a super moist cake mix pack, canned pumpkin pure, pumpkin spices, and a drizzle of caramel—or pumpkin caramel sauce if you can find it and a drizzle of caramel – or pumpkin caramel sauce if found. It takes no time to make, and it goes perfectly with coffee or a glass of milk.

Pumpkin Cake

1 super moist cake mix
1 can pumpkin puree
2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
3 eggs
½ cup milk
¼ cup melted butter

  1. Wet Ingredients

    First, preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Then, in a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and pumpkin pie puree thoroughly. Add in the butter and mix again.
  2. Dry Ingredients

    Add in your box of super moist cake and the pumpkin pie spices and mix well with the wet ingredients.
  3. Bake Your Cake

    Grab a cake mold of your choice, or a Pyrex tray and grease it thoroughly with butter. Place a piece of parchment paper on it. Pour in your batter and even it out. Turn your oven down to 180 Celsius degrees and bake for 45 minutes.
  4. Let your cake cool down inside the oven to get perfect consistency. Garnish with pecans, caramel sauce, or whipped cream and enjoy.
