- 1 dark dried lime
- 3 large bay leaves
- 2 small cinnamon sticks

- 2 boneless skinless cubed chicken breasts
- 2 small potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp Kabsa spices
- 1 small chili pepper, whole
- 1 stock cube
- 1 tbsp salt

- 2 cups basmati rice
- 2 cups hot water
