Pasta

300 grams spaghetti, cooked
½ cup pine nuts, fried
½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
Yoghurt Mixture
2 cups plain yogurt
2 tbsp tahini
½ lemon, juiced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp salt

Meat

1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
300 grams minced beef
1 tbsp seven spice
Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cook the Pasta

    Boil your pasta until cooked through, drain, drizzle with olive oil, and set aside to cool down.
  2. Prepare the Yogurt Sauce

    Mix plain yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt in a mixing bowl. Set it aside.
  3. Cook the Meat

    In a hot oiled pan, add the chopped onion and cook until translucent. Then, add the minced beef, seven spices, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is nicely charred.
  4. Assemble

    Mix the pasta with the yogurt sauce and transfer to a serving dish. Top with the cooked beef, toasted pine nuts, and chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy.
