- 1 cup shredded coconuts
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ oil
- ¾ cup yogurt (170 grams)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp vanilla (extract or powder)

- Fresh thick cream
- Piping bag

- ½ cup water
- 1 tbsp rose water
- 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)

- Preheat the Oven

- Make the Batter
تم نسخ الرابطIn a large mixing bowl, whisk the semolina, shredded coconuts, sugar, oil, yogurt, eggs, baking powder, ground cardamom, and vanilla. Pour into a greased nonstick mold or Pyrex.
- Cream Layer

- Bake Your Basbousa

- Make the Syrup
