Chips Oman Paratha

5 pieces frozen paratha
4 eggs
1 cup spreadable cheese
1 cup Oman Chips, crushed
Tabasco Sauce, adjust to liking

  1. Scramble the Eggs

    Whisk the eggs with a little water to make them fluffy. Cook them in a hot skillet, stirring occasionally until fully scrambled.
  2. Cook the Paratha

    On a hot skillet, cook the parathas on the stovetop until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
  3. Assemble the Paratha

    Spread 1-2 tablespoons of cheese evenly over the hot paratha. Add crumbled Oman chips and the scrambled eggs.
  4. Fold and Wrap

    Fold the paratha over the filling and wrap it in foil to keep it intact and warm.
  5. Add Extra Flavor
